Food was ok. Portions were smaller than expected but not unreasonably so. Party of four, ordered burger, rib eye, and two surf and turf meals. Steak was not the best ever. It was a little chewy for my liking but, again, it was ok (cooked...More
Great atmosphere, food and service. Redfire is our favorite place to dine in Hockessin. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Great wine selection and craft beers. Highly recommend the cheese steak egg rolls, short rib or any of the steaks. Good selection of seafood as well....More
The spinach salad was good. Adding chicken was a huge ripoff! Additional $8 for 10-12 small cubes of chicken??? A salad turns into a $20 meal with hardly any protein. Good service; friendly staff.
Visited several months ago for dinner. Service was very good. Atmosphere was good just a little nosy. Server was constantly filling up our water glasses, almost to the point of being annoying. Good selection of wine. Had a ribeye steak which was really good. Prices...More
Good but disappointing. Caesar salad needed more dressing. Ribeyes took longer than expected. Manager brought them out. Just didn’t look as appealing as a fine steakhouse ribeye. No tasty soft that would melt in your mouth like butter. Service was good. Restaurant is 25 minutes...More

Afternoon, I am terribly sorry about the service you've received in the past, I have no excuse for it. We swing for the fences with each table that comes through our door, but some times we strike out. This seems to have happened a few...More
Redfire Grill & Steakhouse has a rich atmosphere with casual elegance. It's a little noisy but tolerable. Our server was scarce but food expediter kept things on track. The Deviled Eggs with Maple Bacon ($9.99) on a bed of chopped Iceberg lettuce were completely unremarkable....More
First time I was there I had a Rubin sandwich, the corned beef was so tough I could not chew it, I went with a friend and she had the same problem. I went again 2 weeks ago and had to wait forever to get...More
