Was excited to pick out a couple of treats... the gentleman behind counter was very nice but chocolates for me were just ok, especially for the cost. Wanted to love it. Unfortunately to say my first visit will also be my last.

Thank you for your kind words and so sorry you were disappointed. To the best of our knowledge our prices are the lowest in the state for the quality of chocolate that we use for our hand-made confections and a good dollar per chocolate cheaper than in any major metro area. We still appreciate that you gave us a try,... More

We stopped to look in the store and had an amazing time. Rob the owner is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Britany was great had showing us all ahe does. We got to watch how they make chocolates. We had a great time getting to know them. We actually stopped back after going to lunch and made... More

The first positive is the friendly lady owner/chocolatier who is happy to explain and describe every item in the display case to you so that you may choose the precise confections to enjoy. Some of the goodies had innovative and/or unexpected flavors such as Earl Grey tea and garam masala, neither of which sounded to me like they would taste... More

Really _good_ chocolate is pricey- but well worth it for a special treat. The quality of ingredients & hand crafted expertise makes these chocolates truly special. The shop is small,& easy to miss, but worth looking out for. Many accolades from both local as well as national magazines The chef was even on a Food Network Show & won!

This is some of the best chocolate I have had and there is huge variety here. It seems to update fairly often as well. However, the price point is a little shocking. 20 bucks gets you very little and is what keeps this place a once or twice a year visit.

Amazing chocolate and even better customer experience. Welcoming and inviting, owner was happy to show us around and to show the kids all of the options. Highly recommend stopping in for a treat.

What a treat to taste such delicious as well as beautiful chocolate! And it's very apparent that the creator of these wonderful chocolates loves his job! Yes they are rather expensive.... Try a few and you won't mind the price so much.

This was my first visit. The chef is very informative explaining how the chocolates are made and where the ingredients come from. The dark chocolates were over the top good. I will go back again. There were so many choices it is hard to decide what I wanted.

We visited Tschudin Chocolats in Middletown CT because some family members we were visiting lived nearby and were familiar with this shop. The proprietor, Roberto (Rob) Tschudin Lucheme, is Swiss and is a most entertaining fellow. It would have been worth the visit even if the chocolates had been ordinary. But, of course, they weren't ordinary. They were spectacularly delicious!... More

I love the chocolate and the owner!! He has a great personality and is very committed to create the best chocolate bites ever! The only problem is the store looks. He needs to make the place a little prettier and neat. Do not get me wrong, the place is clean, but it has too much clutter and unrelated objects. I... More
