While Panda House is conveniently located, and has a large menu, and seating capacity, Zen is much better. The food is average, and the service is a little slow and somewhat indifferent.

I met a friend for lunch last Saturday. The lunch special servings were tiny and the fish was old and dry. Not going back!

We were regulars at Panda. The food used to be excellent many years ago, and it still isn't bad. Just not quite as good and somewhat more variable. Zen nearby is definitely better food.

If you are used to good Manhattan Chinese food , you will not be disappointed by Panda. It is hands down the best in the whole area. Very tasty , nicely spiced , and good variety. There is also a good assortment of vegetarian and vegan options. With so many low quality "chop suey" shops around nowadays, this is not... More

All Chinese food is not equal. This place has the best around Danbury. Never have been disappointed. Dumplings, won ton souls, lo mein, the General...the list goes on and on and it's all great.

Nice linen covered table to sit and eat a meal. Had the Chinese luncheon combo special. Delicious beef and broccoli.

During my 6 days in Danbury, I had dinner at this restaurant twice. The atmosphere is good, and above the take out Asian local spots. The food is both Chinese and Japanese. We only chose Chinese dishes. Service is good, and the menu had many choices from appetizers to main courses. We shared one dish of chicken and cashews. The... More

My husband and I eat here a couple of times a month because it is in a good location close to work. They serve you hot fresh tea and fried noodles as you wait to be served. we always get a table here even on a busy Fri-Sat night. Pleasant service but its hit or miss if your food is... More

We visit Panda House at least once a month and that's not counting the amount of times we do "take out". To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, so it has to be really super good for me to eat it. PANDA HOUSE is better than super good, it's WONDERFUL. Their food is always fresh, hot... More
