The seating reminded me of a sub or pizza shop; long tables set close together and cheap, uncomfortable seats. The acoustics weren't that great. Out of the 6 meals our group ordered, there was thumbs up for 3 of them: swordfish, scallops, and short ribs....More

Three of us went here for dinner, one vegan. Food was very good and they accommodated vegan request with ease. Great atmosphere and good service. Be warned, spicy means spicy and hot! Good wine selection

What a great find. We picked this restaurant because it is in walking distance from The Terri’s Theater. Love that they make the menu new every day. (So you can’t completely go by the menu online). You could tell the tomatoes were garden fresh in...More

This is a very busy restaurant with the Norma Terris theatre right down the street, but luckily they could accommodate our walk-in with a table outside. It was half-price margaritas so I had the jalapeno one, which was actually spicy! My aunt had the fresh...More

I love love love this restaurant. River Tavern. Today's visit was during luncheon service at 1:30ish with few customers indoors and just two tables taken outside. Contrary to my GLOWING report of March, I can not get over this disappointing experience. Requesting no menu, I...More
