Nothing quite compares to a gondola ride at night. We were given a blanket for the ride and then had the seat in the front of the snow cat. How could anything go wrong after that? The ambience was a little too "dusty old European hunting lodge" for me but The food was superb and the wait staff attentive without... More

We had dinner at Game Creek for my husband's 30th birthday. We've wanted to come here for a long time and this seemed like the perfect occasion. The gondola ride after dark along with the snowcat ride were so fun! Such a unique experience! We really wanted to enjoy the rest of the evening as much as we enjoyed getting... More

We were up in Vail during MLK weekend and had an earlier reservation on Saturday evening to Game Creek. The gondola and snowcat ride up in the snowstorm was incredible. The food and the service was impeccable. This is a must do if you are in Vail during the winter. I will definitely be visiting Game Creek again next time... More

Located in the top of the Lionshead Mountain, you have to take a Gondola and ride a snowcat to get to this restaurant. It's a nice place, with a nice staff. I asked a 5 course menu, and it was ok. There was a delicious risotto, but all other courses were just ok. I'm giving 3 stars because I was... More

I recommend this place to everyone visiting Vail simply for the experience of it all. Go up for dessert and drinks. The food was good, but not great sadly. However the views are incredible and to get up there you must ride the gondola, then you are picked up by a snowcat. They give you blankets for the ride because... More

Getting to the Game Creek Club is a journey which begins with a beautiful gondola ride to the top of Vail Mountain followed by a ride in a snow cat. Some of the snow cats have a window in them allowing passengers a view of the steep drop off at the edge of the narrow path traveled to/from the restaurant.... More

Dinner at the Game Creek Club is a very special experience. It starts with the ride on the gondola in the dark followed by the ride on the snowcat. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable, not to mention the wine list which is very good. We had the four course meal, for main we had vegetable dish,... More

This is a special experience from the start as you take the gondola, where you are given a blanket, and travel up the mountain to await your transport in a pistebasher/snowcat. The children and adults were all delighted from the start. The restaurant is in a delightful blading which is beautifully furnished and looks like a traditional wooden lodge. The... More

We had a great experience. During our ski holiday, my husband, my two children (9 and 7) and myself came here to eat. Night time trip in a gondola and then a snow cat certainly impressed the children. The pre-dinner cocktails were delicious. The lodge is very traditional American mountain style and well done. The food was basically a fixed... More
