We had lettuce wraps, Gyro, sweet fried and french fries. Ok gf vegan options, but not obvious selections. Sat at the bar, bartenders were very attentive. Total bill for food only was around $32.

Atmosphere as you would expect. Good pub grub. Service decent for as busy as it was. We went twice and was indoors and out. Both were fine. Outside better for people watching but not the best.

The food was really good. We especially loved the view. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm sun on a cold day. The tomato soup was the highlight of our meal.

At the base of Eagle Bahn gondola at Vail, this spot is naturally situated for ski crowd. Usual sports bar fare, but I had a prime rib French dip that was excellent. Just $10, which for Vail is inexpensive.

Stopped for a drink at the end of the day. Nice outdoor deck to sit by the mountain and see the people come off the slopes.

Great people watching, right! We would love to hear what about your experience could have been different and what could be done to go from a 3 star to 5.

Great slope-side atmosphere with a second story balcony The service was great. Typical good Apres food. The drinks were very good as were the prices for Vail. Fun place to hang after a day on the slopes!!

What a great review. We are glad your group enjoyed hanging out with us. Apres does get busy, but even if it gets a bit "cozy" we can accommodate really large groups. We love being the go-to family spot after a great day on the...More

When we were there last summer people were smoking on the outside porch. I DO NOT KNOW if that was Allowed or if they just did it.

Since 1992 Garfinkel’s (or, "Garfs" as it is locally known) has been a cornerstone in Lionshead (VAIL) for both tourists and locals alike. Our sunny deck provides the best après ski, sun catching, and overall late spring and summer experience. Over the years some things have changed but the feeling of Garfinkel’s as a classic ski town sports bar/grill atmosphere remains the same. Seasons pass by, memories are created, good times are had, and lifelong friends are made. The walls inside tell the stories of the past with photos of patrons, athletes, and events gone by. You could one day be one of them. So come on down to pay us a visit, relax, eat, drink, enjoy our atmosphere and become part of the Garfinkel’s story.
