Wonderful location - very convenient from the Village or town, Nice selection of wines (overpriced, but what isn't?). Chef has some interesting combinations but relying on salt - a no-no at this price point! Blueberry pie is signature dessert - wonderful. Staff very attentive.

We had a wonderful dinner on October 6th. Started off with sharing the beet salad and then for entrees had the pork chop and chicken. All were outstanding and paired with excellent wines recommended by our server!

Good food and good service at a premium price in Telluride. Not surprising, I guess. It seems like there is a lot of bar food and walk up counter food in Telluride, the you make a big jump to places like the Cosmo. I can't...More

Serving dinner nightly, this elegantly simple 80 seat restaurant is located in the newly remodeled luxurious Hotel Columbia at the base of the Gondola. Known locally as "Cosmo", the custom cherry wood bar is the perfect place to unwind. In the summer, the west patio lounge is a refreshing outdoor dining experience. The Restaurant is open five days a week until December 6. On December 6, the restaurant will be open seven days a week.
