Take the time to make a reservation and eat one dinner here!! The other nights you can hang out in the bar and enjoy the fireplace and the great drinks. The Beef is the best ever and the elk will melt off the fork!! One of the best meals ever!

The venue itself is beautiful, inside and -- through the windows -- outdoors. The menu is limited, but stunningly innovative. Great Colorado lamb. Elk. Buffalo. Fish. And the two main dishes my wife and I had -- elk and lamb -- were presented magnificently and complemented with fabulous accompaniments. The little amuse bouche that got things going was fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious anniversary meal and bottle of wine, with great service and a lovely view. After dinner, we enjoyed a cup of coffee in front of the stone fireplace. Very romantic!

Very good mixed beets first course and excellent main local lamb dish. Table service excellent and knowledgeable (Enrica). Wines by glass very good. About $175 all in for two.

It's about $100 per person. The staff was not knowledgeable and the service was very slow. The bread basket was black under the cloth. Which we sent it back. Server was new and apologized for lack of training. She said they are under a new manager and no one has been properly trained.

We had our christmas eve dinner here and the service and food were simply perfect. Amazing, cozy, setting. The wait staff made us feel special and were very engaged to make sure we enjoyed every bit of the experience. Yes, it's expensive... but I have no problem with that when it's worth it. This was a great memory for us... More

This is one of my all-time favorite dinner restaurants. The view out the window is simply amazing: you look directly at the Continental Divide with the Devil's Thumb valley below. Horses are grazing in the pasture, and an occasional fox might wander across the deck outside the window. The service is superb and the rustic/high end decor is comfortable and... More

We really had a nice evening here last week. The food is beautifully plated with fresh vegetables...accompanying fine meats and fishes. I had the buffalo filet which was surrounded with fresh summer vegetables... Lima, pea, corn, tomatoes, and greens. The vegetables were a show stopper.... Crunchy and fresh tasting and very fresh The buffalo was rare with a lovely flavor....... More

The food, the view, the wait staff! One of our favorite places to dine in Tabernash. Shawn is incredible, always making sure our experience is top notch. She is always so pleasant, very attentive, sweet and just exceptional!! Would highly recommend her and the restaurant! A must try while in the area!
