So, don't go here hungry unless you just won the lottery. A couple ordering three very very small "street tacos" will spend $60-70. Having said that, they are very awesome tacos. I consider this a once in a while splurge.

The drinks are very tasty and well made. Our bartender, Rob, was really great and made our stop there even better.

Lunch here was awesome. I had a little casa salad which wasn't all that little and I also had a fish taco. My husband had the al pastor taco... Great flavors!

As a Local Concierge I plan upwards of 5 - 10 events every week. Salt and Lime is very easy to work with and the food is always a winner with my guests and members!!!

This place was recommended by a friend so we tried it. It's a high end Mexican food with a twist, that's how I would call it... I ordered the pork green chili which is my go to Mexican dish. So I'm expecting something I'm familiar with but it is different, it does not have your typical green sauce, beans, Mexican... More

Fresh, healthy, great quality. Service was great, thank you Taylor. Nice atmosphere as well. Agreed that it was one of the best margaritas. Well done.

We went here because it was the #1 rated Mexican restaurant in Steamboat according to TripAdvisor. We have a 16-year-old and a 20-year-old, and they wanted Mexican. It's just not what they were expecting and they were disappointed, especially the 16-year-old boy who wants a mountain of filling food. First, the good -- the margaritas were excellent! Get there before... More

Stopped in for dinner after walking around main street in downtown Steamboat. Our group was in the mood for mexican food, and we just happened to be next door, so it was convenient and we thought we'd give it a try. Wow, what a spot! The food was outstanding! Our group tried the enchiladas and four varieties of their tacos,... More

Honestly the best margaritas I've ever had. The rice bowl and tacos were wonderful too. My only complaint was that the quality of the service was a little lacking, but I would stop by here again when I'm in Steamboat.

Salt & Lime is Rex Brice & his team at Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere & fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, Executive Chef Vicki Connacher uses traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar, mixologist Tod Johnson features unique craft tequila cocktails prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on our rooftop deck during the summer months.
