We enjoyed this, the previous negative reviews are probably outdated. Food, service, and ambiance were very good, prices were in line with the area.

I'm a local and I've reviewed Sage poorly in the past. But they're back! New manager, much better service and food is quite good. I'm so happy as this is a beautiful setting and now service & food to go with it. give them a try.
Had the pleasure of dining here multiple times while staying on site. Surprisingly for a resort restaurant, it was really good. Had different servers on each visit and some were betetr than others but for the most part the service was fine. Enjoyed the tuna luttece cups for appetizers, but not the Brussels Sprouts side. Good Short ribs and Sage... More
Our dinner at the Sage was excellent. We were 6 adults and 4 children. The food and the presentation was outstanding. My ahi tuna was perfect, the kale salad was delicious, my son raved about the scallops and our son in law enjoyed his elk. We are so pleased to see that the quality of the food has improved greatly... More
Our family has eaten at this restaurant for many years - or previous iterations. The atmosphere is excellent. The wait staff are attentive. We've never had a bad or an indifferent meal there. The view out the windows is a pure mountain-ski resort delight.
We come here at least once every trip to snowmass. They always had excellent game and fish. I had the elk this time and it was outstanding. The only weird thing was we ordered a scoop of ice cream for the kids and we were billed for the table. Not sure if they bill the table desserts but parents were... More
We always enjoy dinner here on our ski trips and the bar area is cozy with the couch. We like the club atmosphere. They have kids menus.
Sage and the adjacent bar serve as the restaurant for the Snowmass Club, property guests, and people off the street. I've probably eathen here 20-30 times over the years as the restaurant has evolved. The food can be good (my kid loves the burgers and truffle fries, I had a tasty steak frites last night which turned out to be... More
I enjoyed a meal with several colleagues and found all the staff to be very friendly , knowledgeable and attentive. The food was average to just above average but nothing to write home about. The fresh baked bread was tasty and we all enjoyed more then one helping. Pretty unique dough with a delicate crisp outside and fluffy interior. Yummy.... More
