A little slow and never really came back to do drinks. Food was good though. Not a very fun upbeat place.

We ducked into this restaurant during a downpour, and arrived just as they were closing for lunch. The staff (owner) invited us in anyway, and we proceeded to have a really delicious meal . I had a tilapia sandwich, which amazingly was grilled, not fried. Their coleslaw was homemade and their fries were crispy and nice and brown. My husband... More

My wife and I split the Mushroom Blu Cheese burger and the Bent Elbow salad. The hamburger was fantastic. A full Portobello mushroom cap covering the the burger with melted Blu Cheese in between. Tomato, lettuce, onion. What a great taste. The salad with the nuts and fruits was a great balance of flavors. Love to go back and try... More

Lunch at the Bent Elbow was delicious. I had the Bent Elbow Salad, which is now my favorite salad. I'm hoping I can come close to duplicating it at home.

We stopped in off the Durango to Silverton train journey. Food was nice (my wife particularly enjoyed her cottage pie), although my sweet potato fries were cold and several of the dishes weren't available (including the special, a minute after being detailed what it was). The 10(?) year old waitress was great and worked really hard doing the drinks orders.

We ate here twice, on two subsequent visits to Silverton on the same vacation - both times for lunch. The menu is not extensive -- just basic- but we enjoyed good food and ample servings both visits. The wait staff were very friendly, even recognizing us on our return trip. Highly recommend.

We both had the elk burger, which is a very lean meat. It was decent. I wish we would have tried something else. Service was great. The menu had a lot of options. Prices were good!

I've been eating here for decades. Love this place and its history. You can see it as a filming location in fifties westerns. The food is great. Today we all had the Chicken Fried Steaks. Hand breaded and cooked to perfection. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet corn. Gravy and a hot roll. Yum yum.

We were part of a tour group that invaded the Bent Elbow. Servers were courteous. Sandwiches were large and tasty. The decorations were appropriate for a Western effect.
