The Cactus Flower is a high production operation. I sits just.off the interstate. I believe they cater to that clientele. Quick in, quick out. The menu is standard and the meals themselves are satisfactory in quantity and quality.

The variety of Mexican food is the best in Pueblo and the price is even better! If you are a senior citizen, ask for the senior discount. Anyway you look at it, you will not be disappointed with the quality and timely service!

Ate here on Wednesday evening, May 17, 2017, about 9:00 p.m. Service was slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. Had the burritos with barbacoa, which contained very little barbacoa, and were smothered in the usual cheese, beans, and, rice, and with lettuce and tomato salad. Nothing special. Actually, quite mediocre. The plate must have been sitting and waiting... More

The carnitas were great! Salsa was good and garlicky. My combo plate with green chili sauce on the enchilada was not exceptional. The green chili was totally unremarkable. Probably my fault. Waitress recommended.

Stopped here on a road trip for a quick bite. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered the carnitas platter and it exceeded expectations. Definitely would stop here again.

We had a late lunch yesterday. Were surprised how good the food was. I had the Chicken Enchiladas, my husband had the Prime Rib Tacos. Both delicious and plentiful. We could not eat all of the food.

During a recent visit to my daughter and her family in Pueblo, I brought them plus my mother to Cactus Flower for lunch. All of us had a great time, loved the atmosphere, the food was outstanding and the prices right on. I had only been to Cactus Flower once before in 2008, and it was just as awesome now... More

I consider myself an expert when it comes to great carnitas. It can be made several different ways, but must always be moist, flavorful and can be served with an crispy presentation but always moist and not dried out. I had the locals recommendation for tacos carnitas. It was presented beautifully, missing guacamole (only regret) but that did not lessen... More

We stayed nearby and were concerned that with the proximity to the interstate, the rave reviews this place was getting were from people who don't eat Mexican/Southwestern food often. The service was excellent, food was quite good and margaritas were yummy. Minimal atmosphere, kitschy decor, but overall a very pleasant experience.

I decided to find somewhere close to my hotel to grab a bite and the cactus flower came highly recommended so I decided to try it. I was seated immediately... staff was friendly... beer was cold... food was tasty and hot... I would suggest the Cancun chimichanga!!!!
