Only bad part was the 55 minute wait. But hey we were warned and chose to take the wait and see challenge. Food was delectable and service great

PUEBLO was the 1st city in Colorado to get a Texas Roadhouse over 16 years ago and its STILL one of the best restaurants in the city! We eat at the Texas Roadhouse quite frequently. We use the call ahead service and know when we will get a table because they are always packed. Their filet mignon is always so tender. Their salmon has to be the best in Pueblo. This is my husband's favorite place to go.

Of course I can't rant about the bread and butter because that is always amazing! I travel and go to a lot of Texas Roadhouse's but this is by far the worst. I sat waiting for my bartender to take my drink order (water) for 20 mins, then another 30 for her to take my food order (8oz sirloin with... More
