Stopped in Pueblo for the night and since we were hungry, we hopped on TripAdvisor to see what was good to eat in this town. The Mill Stop Cafe was near our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. This restaurant is located in an older section of town, but when we saw that there were lots of... More

The place is usually hoping at lunch time. They have some very good Mexican food. Their portions are great and the service is fast most of the time.

Have been a few times. Always welcomed in this fast bustling family restaurant. Even though we might be the only white couple there, we are treated like family. Always appreciated and always recommended to my customers.

I ordered their chicken enchiladas, which was some of the best I've ever had. Then their fresh, warm sopapillas are unbelievably delicious! I highly recommend Mill Stop! I plan on taking my family... I was driving through Pueblo and stopped at the Mill Stop cafe. What a surprise and treat. I was there for lunch and got there about 11:30. It was already crowded but found a spot at the counter. I think that any wait there would be short because of the way the crowd moves in and out. I was warmly... More

Traveling thru Pueblo, decided to check it out after finding on TripAdvisor. Not far from the highway, easy find with GPS. Please don't let the neighborhood fool you. It seems pretty deserted, and the front of the restaurant looks tiny, with no signage other than what is painted on the front. We almost drove off. But there were lots of... More
