Now open for the summer season. The saloon is located in an historic 1891 hotel. The wood carved back bar is wonderful. They are open for dinner. Our group sat outside on the patio. The tables were in the evening shade. The view is stunning....More

They have a good selection of Belgium beers. The owner is from Europe and is very friendly and a great cook. They have a nice outdoor deck or eat in the old saloon. Give them a try..

We visited the hotel restaurant twice during our stay in Ouray. The lasagna was very good, the salad was good, but the pizza had very little flavor. Staff was friendly and provided good service.

Great elk !! We shared the elk and buffalo. The elk was superior! Great service, friendly and timely. If you are in Ouray go to the restaurant at the Historic Western Hotel.

Off of main street and it doesn't have "brewery" in the name so it is a bit off the radar in Ouray. Trout is very good, miners steak is good too. Feels like a real western saloon rather than the made up ones on Main...More

Great Margaritas! The Saloon was jam-packed likely due to the great food. I had pizza, and wish I had gotten the large size, because it was so yummy! My husband had the lamb burger, and he ordered that the second night when we ate in...More
