It was snowing out and was one of the only places open in town. Was easy walk from hotel and had great beers. Our server, Rachael, was very pleasant and helpful. After talking to her, I learned she had to drive about 40 minutes to the bar for work, in the snowstorm, her wipers on her car weren't working and... More

I was very ecstatic to learn they serve flights of whisky. I chose the Colorado flight with four (4) samples of locally distilled whiskies. My favorite was the Tincup. It has a smooth and sweet flavor. My fiancé ordered Fish and Chips and I ordered the Shepherd's pie. The fish was light, crispy, and flavorful. The pie was delicious. The... More

Excellent Irish themed bar with restaurant. Had the Darby o'Gill burger with fries, quite good. Excellent selection of Irish single malts for tasting

Very expensive for the quality of food. Got the Rueben. I'm pretty demanding of ruebens and have gotten good ones. This was not a good one. They threw the corned beef on the grill (probably to heat it) and it was dry, tough and crisp. By the time we got two meals, a beer and a glass of merlot it... More

Great food, open late, and a friendly atmosphere. I wandered down the hill after most restaurants had closed, but someone offered that O'Brien's was still open and serving dinner. I took a seat, ordered a Guinness on tap, glanced at the menu and ordered Bangers and mash. - A perfect dinner, just as you'd expect. Quick and solid. I think... More

Stopped in to eat on our way to million dollar hwy. Wish Maggies Kitchen across the street was open, but since it was not we decided to give O'briens a shot. This seems like possibly a good place to go for a drink and appetizers, but not for meals. I figured since this was an Irish place that they would... More

It's been nearly three years since our last visit here, and wow...I wish I could say it was good to be back. We were warned by two (separate) locals (not in competition with this business) to stay away from here. We should have listened to their accounts of how the new owners really only care about turning tables and not... More

Good for a breakfast or a brunch. Would not go there for dinner (There are better places in Ouray for dinner). Also has a pretty good range of beers to choose from. And wines too.

We ate there on a Sunday in April. There was no one in there at lunch, but much of main street was closed, so we were happy this was one of the few restaurants open this time of year for lunch. Food was awesome. First, they have Guiness Nitro Stout on draft. I can't even buy it in cans at... More
