We stopped in for lunch and loved the overall feel of the place. Food was great and had large portions- was able to eat leftovers for dinner as well. Definitely a place to visit when on Nederland!!!

This place has very average pizza and subpar service. We tried them a few times after returning to Nederland but the place always disappoints. I have called in an order twice only to show up 30 minutes later and the pie was not in the...More
We were heading along the Peak to Peak Byway and stopped in Nederland for lunch. With no idea where to go, we spun the wheel and picked Backcountry. It's on the second floor of a lumberman's strip mall. when we walked in, it was pretty...More

Great gluten free pizza and very friendly staff. Cozy place although we did take-out to bring back to Casa Colorado, the B & B where we were staying.

Takes forever, unless you are a friend of the stoned /drunk hired help. Food took a while and something as simple as fries were way over cooked. Because the help had to "step" outside once again. Won't return with us giving them more than one...More
Gourmet toppings, imaginative pizza with excellent crust, almost seems you are back on the east coast, but without the humidity. You can also have a beer at the Very Nice Brewery downstairs while you wait for your order. Perfect.
