Remington's has always been exceptional but it was even more outstanding on that special day. From the wonderful scenery and decor to Mark's superb service of the magnificent gourmet delight, it was indeed an exceptional evening. The steaks were outstanding but in such an elegant atmosphere with the pond shining in the moonlight, I suspect that even a lowly hamburger... More

I especially like the atmosphere here. The food is mostly good. They have a fairly good selection, which has varied some, but would be nice to vary it more! The event coordinator is especially nice!!!

Once upon a time, the best hamburger in Montrose was the Shanty II, but Remington's has taken over that spot. On burger night (Friday's) the burger choices are terrific. Choices are plenty with cheese, mushrooms, onion, green chile, bacon and more. Traditional french fries or sweet potato fries. The bun is firm and with sibstance, the meat is done as... More

The atmosphere was relaxing. The spacious entry & dining room still captured a cozy-warm & welcoming feeling. Very elegantly decorated with huge windows to see the beautiful Colorado winter landscape (although the day we dined, the mountains of The Sneffles Range were a bit hidden with overcast weather). Service was prompt, knowledgeable & friendly without being intrusive. Wow! Wonderful food... More

We were treated to dinner here by our friend who lives in Montrose. This is a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous views. We were seated right away in the almost empty dining room (it was about 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday). Service was prompt and friendly. I asked for a wine list and was presented with the largest wine list I've... More

We went to Remington's on the advise of a young woman we met while at the local Penneys. We decided to give it a try as it sounded very intriguing out at the Bridges golf course. We could not have made a better choice for dinner. First, the building and restaurant is so beautiful. Second, the view could not have... More

This restaurant has the right combination of an upscale menu, casual ambience and killer views of the San Juan and Cimarron mountain ranges. If you want to impress your friends or family visiting from out of town, this is the place to bring them. We came here on a busy Friday night to celebrate a special occasion and were accommodated... I was staying in Delta and heard about this place, All good. It is definitely upscale, very clean and plush. I enjoyed the meal very much, the steak was done expertly, and what a great sear. the service is kind of cold though, they really seemed upset when I tried to visit about the area a little. Check out the... More

Thank heaven for this place! I don't know what I like better: the gorgeous, always changing views with the lush greenery in front surrounded by blue skies and the snow-capped San Juans in the background, the elegant settings, the good food or the excellent service. Not to mention the well stocked bar. Manager Rick is always there to greet you... More

Reviews are designed to help people find good food. Taste buds vary, but when something is bland or simply exhibits a lack of commitment to culinary excellence, it is obvious, whether the diner is a foodie or just a guy or gal who likes a good meal. "Not impressed" is an understatement: the food had no life to it. The... More
