We were here over the summer visiting the area. My fiancé, who is Ukrainian and I were looking for a good place to eat. The food here is amazing... we had perogis and goulash and it was absolutely delicious. So authentic and flavorful, similar to the homemade food his grandmother makes back at home. (And she is from Ukraine) Be... More

We were wandering through Manitou Springs just exploring the town when we realized that a) we were starving and b) we didn't have any restaurant planned. Enter PJ's Bistro. Walking in, the restaurant looks like any small bar or tavern, however that's where the similarities end. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and mentioned how the owner makes all of the... More

We went in with family of all ages and it was a fantastic surprise to all of us! They had American food as well as different dishes like homemade perogies and Meatball stew. The kids had cheeseburgers that were huge and I believe they were 1/2 pounders and very tasty. Our server made us feel special and was very warm... More

Strolling M Springs Sat before Christmas and got hungry, many places were already filled and had waiting lines, decided to get closer to where our car was parked in order to add more time $ to the parking permit. Smelled PJ's before we saw it. Place was small, too cold for patio, sat at a high bar by the window... More

Order the combo plate for the perogies. You will not be disappointed. Their drink selection was very good, and we appreciated the attentiveness to local Colorado breweries. The service was pretty good, our waitress was extremely patient with us considering the group we had. From dealing with my hard-of-hearing and impossible to make a decision father-in-law. to my 3 year... More

Went in for lunch and it was delish! Service was very friendly. We ordered the special- fish and chips-which was very good, the grilled veggie wrap and the salmon veggie sandwich. All of it was very good. It tasted fresh and very flavorful. Would have liked more information on the building and the restaurant- the building is historical and it... More

Right on the Main Street. Great place to people watch! The service was great! Fast and accurate! The portions were large and tasty! I had the pirogues...delicious! Sitting on the porch was a little chilly. Could use cushions on the metal stools.

We had a delightful light lunch at PJ's. Don't be fooled into thinking it is all Polish food. I had the grilled meatloaf sandwich and my wife had the club. Both were excellent! Our waitress was a very friendly Manitou Springs native and told us about the history of the building that PJ's occupies and about the city. Prices very... More

It has been a long time since I had Polish food and hungered after every Polish item on the menu. My husband ended up with a chipotle hamburger (he never orders beef, much less a burger) with a bit of sauerkraut topping for $7. There is a lot more than Polish fare on the menu such as hunter's stew and... More

They do offer the standard pub food on the menu, but it was easy to notice the Polish food was really popular. The perogis were light, delicious, come with a variety of fillings. The potato pancakes also come with a choice of different toppings. Portions were huge & prices fairly reasonable. Casual, kinda funky, with nice outdoor seating that overlooks the street... More
