Always packed for lunch - with good reason. The best sandwiches in town! Pick your bread or wrap, pick your sandwich, and pick your side! Beware the Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup. When they say Spicy - they mean it!

Stop in every time I'm in Greeley the last few years and it never disappoints, actually it keeps getting better! I get back there maybe twice a year and the bartenders remember who you are, say hello and know why you're in town. Nice touch. The drinks are very good, the beers are cold, reasonably priced and the location, interior... More

Just visited here after a few months, having been quite loyal customers a while back. Food is still delicious, although portions are noticeably smaller than previously (smaller, but probably more sensible). Wine selection is greatly reduced, and disappointing. This used to be my favorite place for a glass of wine; now I'll go back for the food but not for... More

We went to the Mad Cow prior to my son's UNC Bears hockey game. Great sandwich place. Portions were good and service was good. Would definitely go back as an alternative to the usual burger and pizza places.

We dropped by at 1 pm. At the front door you can see the length of the restaurant. Tables on the left, all are by huge Windows. Bar with big booze selection on the right and kitchen next. We had a small order of nachos and the Elvis Presley sandwhich. Both were very good. The staff was very pleasant. Didn't... More

What a pleasant downtown spot to enjoy a quick but delicious lunch! The soup is great...CHILI even better and quite a lovely selection of sandwiches for every palate.

Ate at the Mad Cow in July, 2015. Limited menu of sandwiches but the food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. The staff made us feel welcome and often checked to see if we needed anything and how the food was. Wide variety of drinks. Will return whenever we are in Greeley.

The Mad Cow isn't a huge establishment, and I'm actually glad for that! The atmosphere is great, the food is great, the service is great, but the prices are a hair steep. Doesn't matter, go eat there anyway....it's heaven in your mouth when you take that first bite of the Elvis, especially if you get it on a croissant!
