Love the chicken tortilla soup, and the avocado and beef tortilla, and the Charo buritto, and the taco salad.

First off, the good- Drinks are always really delicious, I usually get the margarita's. It's worth it to go for happy hour if you're not eating. However the food- is pretty boring. I can't really say it's bad, but I definitely can't say it's good either. Just typical tex-mex burrito's, enchilada's, etc. Maybe if we were in a different area... More

I have eaten here once before, about years ago, and it was good. I just ordered delivery, and it was fast. (That's OrderUp's doing, not the restaurant.) Chips were warm, but that's where it ended. I ordered the #5 combo, and the chile in the relleno was stringy and tough, and the enchilada was chewy. (Hard to fork cut, as... More

Ordered delivery and took well over an hour, which according to the the delivery company was due to the food taking so long to be prepared. Food was pretty good, portions were fine, buy in all honesty it was overpriced for what we received. Not my first choice next time.

Fun atmosphere, service was very good. We each had a different place. I had the Chimichanga with black beans. Very good.

We chose this for it's access and a friend recommendation. We arrived while happy hour was going on. We had the house margaritas and they were very tasty. The chips and salsa were fresh. the chips arrived warm. The salsa had a good spice to it. Best of all, they were free, as so many places are charging for this... More

Locally owned for years. Some of the best beans I've ever eaten. They are pintos and not refried and mashed like so many other places. Flavorful ground beef dishes with tasty green chili with chunks of pork. A good all around favorite spot for dinner either in the dining room or the cantina.

We have our local favorite Mexican Restaurant but this may bump it. Service was outstanding, food was plentiful, hot and great flavor. I would recommend it to anyone.

This restaurant was a good place to go when older lady was working there she was very friendly and personable. The people running the restaurant now are arrogant and don't give you the time of day. Food is good atmosphere not as family oriented as it used to be. We don't visit as much as we used to.

Authentic, fresh, delicious. We can't eat an entire burrito and often have to split. El Charro is an iconic Greeley restaurant. Enjoy!
