Fiesta is a great place for Mexican food in GJ, variety of dishes to choose from. The specials are always something to try as well. Kids eat free on certain weeknights too.

My Colorado family eats there so often, that the Waitstaff knows some of them by name & knows what extras to bring out with the chip & salsa!! We never miss going whenever we're in GJ ...EXCELLENT FOOD & Price

I usually go to the one in Fruita, on my way back from my veterinarian. I like the salsa here is better than any other Mexican restaurant in the valley; they make it the way I loved it in Guadalajara or Los Mochis, in Mexico. The food is more 'American' than Mexican, but what would you expect here. I never... More

The food is great. A large building with a lot of seating. But avoid being there between 10-11:30 on a weekday, as they offer a lunch special for the high school across the street and the kids are loud and rude.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy the company of friends or family, then this is the place. The atmosphere is great and you can have a conversation that isn't drowned out by background noise. The food is edible - good but not awesome. The service was somewhat lacking when we were there. I would go again if... More

The salsa is very good. Service was just ok. My husband ordered the Spinach enchiladas and found a piece of wire in them. Sadly, he almost ate it. When we spoke to the bus boy who wanted to take the plate, we explained that we wanted to talk to our waiter. He said, "oh my, he would send over the... More

The plates are platter sized! Authentic food. The Sangria was just not a glass of wine but more like a mixed drink! I have had Mexican food in San Diego and this tops the ones we tried there! The price was very reasonable and the waiters were very good!

The food is decent, but not authentic. Too much cheese on the dishes we had. There are better Mexican restaurants in GJ that aren't as expensive.
