I have been to several restaurants lately that have charged 30 to 60 dollars a plate and were not very nice.. The Winery is very reasonable for how nice it is and the food and service were wonderful! I would recommend the Winery if you are looking for a romantic date night, or need a fancy place to take family.

This is one of my favorite special occasion restaurants! Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Valentines, or any other occasion are made extra special at the winery! It is a little expensive but caters to a more refined diner.

A long time great place to dine in River City. Elegant dining means upper level prices but usually well worth it. They try to use many local products. Excellent appetizers and soups. The steaks and seafood are excellent. Good wine list and top shelf alcohol. Special occasion, get to the Winery!

We both had a filet mignon which were cooked as ordered (medium rare). They were very good as were the bacon wrapped scallop appetizer. The baked potato was a little disappointed as it seemed pre-cooked and dry with a real hard skin. They give you very ample fixings to put on it when ordered "all the way." We really enjoyed... More

Wine is a very common theme for Grand Junction and Palisade. That is not any different for this restaurant. They are in the older part of the downtown area. It is a great place to a romantic dinner. We were there for our anniversary. The service was great. The food was excellent. It's kind of dark, but that's part of... More

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Winery Restaurant in downtown Grand Junction. The setting on Main Street is terrific and convenient, with the charm of the central district all around. The menu has a fun variety and some special disches, and our food was excellent. Service by Brooke and by the owner himself was just right.... More

Our latest dinner at The Winery was excellent as usual. Their service is impeccable. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork tenderloin (wrapped in prosciutto. Ayyy-yi-yi. This place rocks . . . and it's romantic to boot. Maybe that's my bias, though. I proposed to my sweetheart here over 40 years ago, just after I graduated. It's... More

Beautiful little place. The winery can be hard to find but once you do its amazing. The steak is incredible too, and my wife loved the salmon. The atmosphere is very quiet and romantic as well.

Excellent food, and a great service staff. Cook one of the better steaks in the city. Bar is fully stocked and service at the bar is very fast.

Great Food! Yes, it was expensive but worth it! Gourmet food and great service. I had the stuffed chicken breast, my husband had the 6 oz. steak. John was a wonderful waiter. Really tasty! Highly recommend!
