This restaurant does not live up to it's ratings. Had lunch here recently. Unsmiling young lady at the counter. When I asked if I could have a salad instead of rice and beans she said no. They had lettuce and tomatoes. Lettuce and tomatoes=salad? Yes? My companion had the carne adovado plate. The pork was all gristle and sinew. I... More

This is Mexican fast food with lackadaisical service. The bathroom was not stocked and there was lots of food on the floor from previous patrons. The food was actually good, served on styrofoam plates. An okay experience.

This is an "order at the counter" kind of place. The guy I have dealt with is usually playing on his phone when he isn't taking an order - and that seems to bother some people. But, he is always helpful and puts his phone away when there is work to be done - so I don't care. The breakfast... More

This is a great real Mexican food place, period. A bit of a dive, but that's part of its appeal. The food, however, is excellent and very authentic. Machaca, chorizo and carne Asada burritos yum yum. A great choice when you're traveling through on i70. Make the stop, you won't regret it.

Hole in the wall joints have the best food as does Jilberitos. Cheap yet delicious, the carne asada taco is the way to go. They leave the heat out of the dishes and have a salsa bar for you to kick up the heat. Families & locals seem to patronize the most. Fancy it is not. Great for grabbing a... More

Stopped in here based on Yelp reviews. We are on a road trip and don't want burgers again tonight. This is your basic walk up and order and take it to your table. Some other reviewer remarked that this was not good food or authentic. Well it is authentic and it was very good. The wife ordered fish taco plate... More

This food is more authentic that fare I have had in Mexico. Do not expect a fine dining experience but rather great Mexican food. The menu is incredibly large and the service is fairly fast. The place was packed at lunch time, mainly with locals. If i was passing through again i would eat here again.

We went in for breakfast and had breakfast burritos. Nothing overly fancy but the burritos were delicious!
