So after finding out there was a authentic Polish eatery in town we had to try it. We have been to Poland so the expectations were high. We wanted to try just about everything so we went with the combo plate and a order of potato pancakes. They also recommended the borscht. (Beet soup). So we tried it as well.... More

We were intrigued to try the food at this establishment. Not really a restaurant, more like a cafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited menu. We shared the combo, which they said was their best seller and the potato pancakes. Perhaps the latter was slightly greasy, but we enjoyed the food, which was competitively priced.

Don't expect fancy tables, table service, or a full bar. However, the food is authentic and very good. We stopped in for a late lunch after a day at the hot springs. Our orders were cooked to order (pierogis, potatoes and a delicious homemade sauerkraut, and a pork (wienerschnitzle) sandwich on marble rye. The chef calls you up to the... More

Glenwood Springs has a lot of good food - but this has to be the star. It is a small and very simply furnished cafe. Think formica tables, order from the chef herself, and a small menu. Small menu - but everything is amazing. Of course the pierogies are delicious. They are served after being sauteed in butter with onions... More

at this hidden place at a location walkable from the Hotel Colorado. Nothing fancy in decor, but Polish food is excellent and will fill your tummy. You won't find the menu long and extension as they specialize in only old-fashioned Polish.Daughter and son-in-law have taken over from mom who started business years ago and are carrying on the tradition. Wish... More

We enjoyed the pierogi, kielbasa, cabbage roll, chicken sandwich, and applesauce blintzes. Everything was great. There was only one person doing everything in the restaurant though and he might have been overwhelmed if more people came in at once.

Thank Trevor H

We serve the best homemade polish cuisine this side of Chicago. All food is made to order, served hot, and made by our own polish cooks. Parking is available both in the front of the resturaunt and behind. Seating is limited but takeout is also available for people on the go.
