Stopped by for a late supper. Had the combo plate and some potato pancakes. Decent food. Nothing special. Place is quite lacking in character. Good parking right out front.

Small unassuming place. Friendly owner / staff / cook. Food good but not great. Plain presentation. Very very home style. Quite expensive for what you get. Ok choice for small town with limited food options.

I have been here a number of times and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is like my Polish grandmother made and is the real deal 'home cooking'. Staff is very pleasant and the prices are surprisingly reasonable, considering other offerings in the Roaring Fork...More

The combo meal gives a great sample of Polish food, with sausage, kraut, stuffed cabbage, and pierogies. I only wished the cook didn't look at me like I was a weirdo and forget the sour cream.

First experience at a true polish restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Food was great. Very basic environment. Nothing special. But the food was outstanding.

Shared the pierogis, latkes and plum blintzes. All were very good. I'm not sure how "authentic" but the owner is Polish and the food seemed very authentic to me. Limited but vegetarian options available. Very casual spot.

Polanka's has the best Polish food. This was our second visit and we weren't disappointed. I've emailed pictures to my Polish friends in Chicago, and they said this food looks like the real deal. Try it you'll like it.

We were looking for an out-of-the-ordinary place for dinner, and so glad we found Polanka! It was busy, and the staff was working hard, but still made time to be friendly. We shared the combo meal (stuffed cabbage, pierogi, kielbasa and sauerkraut) and added some...More

Delicious polish food, the staff is very friendly. The potato pancakes were awesome, make sure to try them with the apple sauce and sour cream combined. Loved the Kielbasa and pierogies too.

Yes, Polanka's hours are almost "seasonaly" dependent; but, it's really hard to tell if it's open or closed by just driving by. The owner posts her hours on the door, so the only way to tell is by looking at that sign. The... More

Gluten Free options include our stuffed cabbage meal (without gravy) Kielbasa and Sauerkraut. With a limited menu we try to have something for everyone but can not always guarantee that.

We serve the best homemade polish cuisine this side of Chicago. All food is made to order, served hot, and made by our own polish cooks. Parking is available both in the front of the resturaunt and behind. Seating is limited but takeout is also available for people on the go.
