Restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff and was a great choice! Menu is quite varied and our group of 6 each found what we wanted - chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, pot roast and vegetables, huge salad bar. The service was great too! Restaurant is filled with Americana collectibles and signage - so fun to look at!

Our family stopped at Vics after a day in Glenwood Springs. It was about 8:00 on a Friday night. We were seated in the back since we had a group of 9, which included 4 young children. Our waitress came right away and started drinks, after that it was downhill. She apologized because it was only her second day, but... More

We went for a late dinner on a Saturday. They ran out of Prime Rib and our waitress seemed a bit flustered but she was bussing, bartending and waitressing. To her credit, she worked really hard to make it a good visit. Once we got the food, it was very good and we would go back, just earlier to get... More

Right off the road We pulled in not sure what to expect. The place was totally empty. We were the only customers in the place and wanted to leave but were to embarrassed to turn around and walk out. Im sure glad we didn't. The waitress was great even though we were her only customers. The chef had made an... More

My friend and I stopped at Vic's Grillhouse on the way from Denver to Park City Utah. It's easy to get to, located right on a frontage road with easy parking. We both had the BLT, I had mine with french fries. The food didn't take long, the sandwich was simple and tasty but the fries were a bit limit.... More

Just a regular roadside grill...the service was awesome and friendly. I took a trip to the salad bar and had the Rueben Sandwich, it was outstanding. My husband had the burger and was equally impressed, cooked as he requested. We'll likely be back and try the steak.

A themed diner filled with old gas station and travel memorabilia. A good mix of travelers and locals. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was good with large portions. Buffalo meatloaf was outstanding. Price was right.

This place is a quaint small dated restaurant with a bar that has a nice touch of memorabilia arranged through the interior. The food was good and they serve a tasty buffalo burger which I enjoyed. The service was friendly and pleasant. A section of the back restaurant is used as a storage which was unsightly and somewhat took away... More

My daughter and I stopped at Vic's in Glenwood Springs, CO after spending some time at the Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The Route 66 Grillhouse is a fun family restaurant that seems like a good place where the locals hang out and eat, sit at the bar and chat. They have an interesting down home mix of food on the...
