Located in the historic old town of Ft. Collins, the parking here can be a pain. Otherwise, Pueblo Viejo is a great place to enjoy some classic Mexican fare. Fun atmosphere, great service, perfect margaritas, and delicious food all made for a great time for our family.

The problem with this place is not the food or service. I thing that this place needs LIFE! I really think that they need more training for how to be great working in hospitality. They could be amazing, but they don't care at all if you are leaving the place very happy or just ok. It is just my feeling.... More

Currently, I can't say that there are a lot of options for Mexican food in Fort Collins. Aztec seems to have a following, and El Burrito is a long-time eatery here. Cafe Mexicali is a popular college hang out, as is Big City Burrito. But for affordable sit-down options, there is surprisingly little to choose from. Pueblo Viejo is conveniently... More

Taco Bell would have been a better option. The fact this place is even considered Mexican food is beyond me. The chips and salsa are fine, but I would not recommend anything here.

I have long said in my TA reviews of restaurants, Mexican in particular, that what might be garbage to one person is manna from heaven to another. I don't question what other reviewers have written about Pueblo Viejo. We ate at the Windsor Pueblo Viejo a month or so ago and loved it. Last Friday night we decided to try... More

We enjoyed a nice family meal here with children. Menu has plenty to choose from with a good kids selection. Food came out quickly and was delicious. We must gave had 6 different waiters come to our table to check everything was OK but I guess that happens when you dine at 5:30!! Wouldn't come here for a romantic meal... More

Great staff with a lot of knowledge about Mexican fare and cocktails. Love the tequila selection! Definitely a locals favorite in old town.

If you're waiting in line to get into Rio for unremarkable food and a noise level that will guarantee a headache, you need to rethink your Tex Mex options. Pueblo is a short walk from Rio, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, tasty margaritas and a great value.

I was absolutely not impressed with this eatery. The salsa is bland. The food was not delivered hot to my table. And I did not care for their Margarita's. Have not been back since 2015.

The food is expensive and tastes terrible. The enchilada had no flavor and the chalopa seemed to be fried in old oil. The only thing that tasted good was the chips but other than that the food tasted really bad. Not to mention, in a 90 degrees weather the restaurant was not well air conditioned and hot. I feel I...
