We had the distinct pleasure of playing a round of golf at Frost Creek, formally know as Adam's Rib Country Club. This place is first class, exclusive and exquisite. If you ever get a chance to play this course...do it. Amazing scenery, beautifully kept course and very friendly, helpful staff. First class all the way. We ordered lunch from the... More

The restaurant and entire property has changed hands and is now know as Frost Creek. We have had some lovely dinners and brunches here. Food was very good with high quality ingredients. If seated outdoors, beautiful views are abundant. Inside is Colorado LODGE style. The service has always been prompt and courteous. Good bar

We had yummy sandwiches with brie, apple chutney, and ham. Just as yummy as the sandwich, was the mountian view. Lovely decor with a lodge theme and on a golf course. I'd love to eat there again soon!

Adam's Mountain Country Club at Adam's Rib Ranch ... we had a celebration lunch for our 43rd wedding anniversary at this hidden gem. Beautiful surroundings, location close to home, always peaceful. Excellent quality food, wine and beer at very reasonable prices. Who could ask for more?

Several of us went here for Sunday brunch on a gorgeous summer day. When you sit on the patio it's beautiful and quiet with outstanding views of the valley. I had eggs Benedict that were very good but not great, others had sandwiches or huevos rancheros. The sandwiches were excellent but the huevos were deemed average. We were enjoying a... More

We live locally and always want to love this restaurant, however they always seem to fall short, usually this is a service issue. Chef Michael is no longer there which is unfortunate but the food was good last night regardless. We had a 8pm reservation. We called to make the reservation earlier in the day. The hostess made it clear... More

We always make special trips to Adam's Mountain Country Club when we are visiting the area (we stay in Beaver Creek). Chef Michael Is a fantastic chef and comes up with the most creative menus. Everything is delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience is luxurious and the prices are reasonable. We have been there numerous times and have never been... More

My husband and I live locally, we came on a Sunday for brunch. They were woefully understaffed. We were not greeted until we made ourselves known. All staffers, including the bartender, did not bother to acknowledge our presence, rather, they avoided making eye contact. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told to wait at the bar, (even though there... More

Adam's Mountain is a bit out of the way but well worth the trip out there. The restaurant has a huge deck with spectacular views. The menu has something for everyone. They are open on Mother's Day weekend and close at the end of October. Call them (970-328-2326) to find out the days they are open because in the past... More
