Food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! It is so gourmet but the price tag isn't crazy. I'd say it's the best value for your money at the nicer date night type restaurants in the Denver area. Really fantastic!

We read the reviews and made a reservation. So happy we did! The hostess greeted us with a smile and showed us to a little table with comfy chairs. Our server Ronald was fantastic and made our experience that much greater! He offered details about the menu that helped us make the perfect choice! His knowledge of wine and wine... More

It's been a while since our last visit, but Rioja has become one of my favorite restaurants - service was terrific, beverages were served to perfection, but the highlight was a stretch for me ... lamb 3 ways. Tartar. Lamb belly. And a t bone. 1 out of 3 was I comfortable with - but once I got past a... More

This restaurant was touted as one of the best restaurants in Denver. At 7 pm, Open Table had no openings until 8 pm. Our Four Seasons concierge called and got us seated immediately at the chef's counter. I tried the blue cheese plate as an appetizer (and saw it again on the dessert menu). I liked it. My wife tried... More

My wife and I love eating out and do so all over the world. This was one of our best restaurant experiences. The food was perfect and they had a wide variety for one of us who is vegetarian. The atmosphere was wonderful with good music but soft enough so that conversation was easy. The staff was very attentive and... More

An interesting place with an interesting menu. Service was good, bread was particularly good. The fish entree I had was at best average - somewhat overcooked. Presentation was average and not much flavor. Beer in bottle and was disappointed with my selection. Expected much more.

Quickly seated and then the waiting game ,we waited and waited, and waited- no drinks, no bread, no nothing! No Easter specials which was terrible because this was advertised as an Easter Brunch. The waitress finally told us the special omelette was crab and salami-really?Have nothing to say about the food because after waiting some more we unanimously agreed to... More

Rioja is one of my favorite overall restaurants in the Denver area. Chef Jen and her staff just know exactly what they are doing. I've eaten there now about 12 times in the past few years and it is constantly one of my high end go-to's or recommendations to folks downtown looking for great eats. And when you go, know... More

Went before a show, could not get into my first choice but had heard good things about the restaurant so went for an early dinner. Service was good, food was fairly good but not great. Prices were not good at all.....
