The selection of authentic dishes was amazing. I ordered a red juice beverage that was so flavorful. This was one of the best meals on our visit to Denver!

What a great little restaurant, so much nicer than going to a big chain restaurant. Not easy to find, but worth the effort.

There were 9 of us for the Lunch Buffet, at $9.99 each. We added desserts. I started my lunch with Cebiche de Pescado (fish marinated in lime), served on a little ceramic spoon. Wonderful beef labeled "Senor Seco" on a little card on top of the lunch line was somehow very slightly pink in the middle but perfectly roasted and... More

If you're wanting to try authentic Peruvian food, this is the place. My husband and I ordered lomo saltado (beef, onions, tomatoes, and French fries all sautéed together and a served with rice and a yummy cilantro salsa on the side to add just the right amount of spice and tang). Another favorite is the aji de gallina (shredded chicken... More

Very good, quality food. It has many plates that have very different and creative flavors. I ate the buffet and literally everything was great. Awesome food.

Does this word scare you? Don't let it. Los Cabos had some of the best tripe I have ever tasted in Denver! They cook it in with potatoes and some kind of sauce that is outstanding. I admit eating three plates of this off the buffet before getting full. If you have never tried tripe; this is the place to... More

We went there to eat using a groupon. The food was ok but the atmosphere is dingy. So I decided the next day to look up the restaurant on the Denver environmental health department and I learned that the resturaunt is almost annually cited from their food care. So that ended my visits to Los Cabos.

Los cabos was a wonderrful surprise. The service could not have been better. They welcomed us in like we were family. The cuisine is authentic Peruvian fare and it was wonderful. From the salad to the potato appetizer and the main course everything was prepared wonderfully. Each dish was a tasty treat of well prepared ingredients. The portions were ample... More

excellent food, great service. But don't come here for the ambience. Oh yeah, and come in fresh clothing because there's not much a/c in July.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around. The server was wonderful and friendly. The food was flavorful and just plain delicious. I had the rotisserie chicken- YUM!! I would definitely recommend it.
