In classic elegant style this restaurant offers an opportunity for an exceptional champagne brunch. The coffee was delicious, and the food fresh and exquisite. Great buffet. Lovely service. Excellent music. Loved it!

This is by far one of the nicest brunches in Denver. While pricey, it is worth every single penny if you are celebrating anything special. There is just something magical about a Sunday morning brunch at the Brown Palace. The service is always top notch as well.

Beautiful setting, appreciate the formality for breakfast, table set with elegance. We had breakfast three times during our stay. The food was excellent, well prepared and presented. We did experience a significant difference in the level of detail and professionalism between our servers. This was demonstrated in the amenities we were given, versus having to ask, etc.

We ate breakfast at Ellyngton's during our stay at the Brown Palace. Breakfast for 2 cost over $80.00! I ordered eggs benedict and my husband selected a basic egg and bacon breakfast. The food tasted good but boring. for the price I would expect something more extraordinary than I could get at a diner. Our evening dinner on the town... More

We ate breakfast here twice during our recent stay in Denver. Crab and lobster omelette, Denver omelette and the frittata were all tried, all very good. Nice, quiet environment, good food, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Selection of free newspapers at the door, expert and unobtrusive service, wonderful food, especially the fresh fruit that accompanied the french toast. Liked that they separated the dressy folk from the non-dressy in a very discreet way. Enjoyed our leisurely breakfast which consisted of a Bloody Mary, a Mimosa, the omelette special and brioche french toast with real maple syrup,... More

Stayed over night thanksgiving eve and planned nice (highly acclaimed) thanksgiving brunch with our son. Breakfast buffet was nice...not the best ever but nice. Thanksgiving brunch was not good. We were seated 30 minutes late (we all had travel plans and thus were now rushed). We were told to have a seat in lobby area for 5-10 minutes but were... More

Had the privilege to dine here for four mornings and even more of a privilege to be served each time by Eric. He was the consummate professional while being very attentive to every aspect of service. He made my stay at Brown Palace seem very exceptional and I would like to express my gratitude for his most wonderful service. Each... More

A must is the lobster and crab omelette for breakfast, outstanding. Sunday Brunch variety is amazing, accompanied by jazz trio.
