This little place is small but mighty. Very good tacos, tamales and other tex mex food are offered in a laid back style. Very good cheap eats in this Colorado ski town. Great for lunch, snack or inexpensive dinner.

Being from So. Texas, tamales are a tradition. Teocali Tamale is comfort food perfection. If you're a light-your-lips-up spicy foodie then go for the green chile! Not overwhelming but delivered the good heat! They offered mild pork tamales that any self-respected Texican would scarf down...More
Family of four ate here for lunch. We had tamales, tacos, and a burrito. Everything was very tasty. Place is small so not very many tables available. Saw lots of locals taking food out with them.

If you're not paying attention, you could literally walk right by Teocalli Tamale. It's humble facade may fool you, but the delicious food will not. They have outstanding tamales, both spicy and regular varieties. Their proportions of masa dough and meat is balanced well and...More
What a great find! A little place that is popular with the locals that serves a limited menu but has wonderful homemade tamales. This is not easy to do and unlike so many tamales, these had the right ratio of masa to filling. Just perfect!
