A newer restaurant located in the Broadmoor Convention Center with authentic food that you would find in CO matched with very fine wines. Definitely for special occasions.

First, who doesn't want to experience Broadmoor? Beautiful setting, amazing variety of delicious foods, reasonable prices, and attentive servers. You won't walk out hungry, rather very stuffed.

Went with family including new grandchild. Servers were attentive but not too intrusive and were helpful on dinner selections and wine selection. Food was excellent, well presented and in portions that were reasonable. Deconstructed carrot cake was delightful. Even the coffee was good. Enjoyed watching...More

Went here last week for a business dinner with a number of colleagues. The restaurant is modern but not stuffy. We had a private dining room and despite the fact the restaurant was packed the service was first class. I had a salad to start...More

So, when given the opportunity to go out for dinner, friends and I chose to try Summit at the Broadmoor. As the title states, not casual but not fancy... no jeans... After enjoying a Mojito, we went for their appetizer special of Oysters Rockefeller with...More

This is a real treasure at the Broadmoor. Being from New England I hesitate to order fish in a land locked state, but the baked George's Bank Haddock was fresh and delicious, as was the Maine Lobster Mac and Cheese. The Angry Trout was a...More

Very pricey, not a good value. My salmon was terribly over cooked. Good wine selection and the baked potato looked amazing though I didn't order it.

Our visits to the Summit has always been excellent, since it opened. The service and meals are impeccable. Start with the mussels, one of our favorites. The salads are all great. For the entrees, the swordfish is the best and the pasta dishes always excellent....More

The service was attentive, if a little weird because we had several people waiting on us. The escargot was the best thing on the menu, and as we ate late and had a big party we did not try dessert. Get a bottle of good...More

Tried Summit over Valentine's Day. Started with the Caesar salad which was very good and amply portioned. Appreciated the anchovies which are often omitted. The bread was also a good chewy version and it was replenished often. While not great, it satisfied my bread requirements...More

Do you offer gift certificates? I have friends there in Colorado Springs whom I'd like to treat for a retirement celebration, since I'm unable to be there in person. If this is possible, please advise how to make this happen. Thanks! --Dave

The Gazette said you have the Summit Social Hour in January. What is the time of day, days of week and what prices are available? Had a fabulous dinner there last Sunday. Would like to check this out with friends.

A French Bistro, Summit marries French tradition with American originality. Summit's stellar menu of year-round favorites includes House Made Charcuterie, Potato Crusted Swordfish, Wagyu Beef Burger, Moules Mariniere and Hanger Steak. The ever-evolving seasonal selections find strength in a vibrant network of top-shelf vendors that provide the kitchen with the highest quality ingredients and local produce available. An extensive bar highlights local microbrews, cocktails and wines from the finest regions of the world, adding to Summit's unique assortment. Designed by acclaimed architect Adam D.
