Interesting menu and outstanding wine list in a lovely surroundings. We had the big table for 10 in the room at the south end of the main floor. The service was slow and they didn't seem too attentive. Our group loved the lobster bisque (spices and unique) and the beef tartare was excellent. They had a seafood item with limited... More

I've been to the Summit twice now over the holidays. The restaurant has a very attractive interior, windows facing the Broadmoor Hotel on the south, a varied menu, and an extensive wine selection. The food has been very good both visits, and both waitresses were among the best we've ever had serve us. Definitely a great place for dinner if... More

The service was friendly and efficient, the food was first rate. It is definitely principally designed to serve the clientele staying at the Broadmoor, but would certainly be worth the trip if you were simply coming for dinner. Great American fare.

Let me start by saying the staff was great from the valet attendant to the server (Chris), back server and wine steward. It was our 20th anniversary and I asked for a quiet romantic table. Well we were seated next to the area where the staff comes and goes to the kitchen. Not so quiet. We ate at 5:30 so... More

We chose The Summit based on TripAdvisor reviews. We wanted to experience the Broadmoor Resort but didn't stay at the resort. I advise making reservations which we did. The menu is limited in my opinion, but our selections were delicious and presented beautifully. We both had the Lobster bisque and was delicious. My husband had Lamb shanks and I had... More

Pricey, but very enjoyable evening. Everything was delicious, no rush. The wait staff really works well as a team.

Summit is a nice, though casual, restaurant at the Broadmoor. The food was very good, though not great. The wine list was decent, and the cocktails were good. Service was fine.

On our way to Las Vegas, we spent three days at the Broadmoor. I reserved a table for Saturday night, our last night, to celebrate my wife's upcoming birthday. We concurred that the decor lived up to its billing. Tasteful appointments of wood and art added warmth and classic tradition in keeping with the Broadmoor's mystique. The atmosphere was quiet... We didn't make reservations ahead of time, so we went early and sat and ate dinner at the bar. It was a great experience and really enjoyed the food. Neither of us were overly impressed with the appetizers (mine was the steak tartare- a bit too many things added, seemed like it was trying to hard; my husband had the... More

Loved our meal at the Summit. On the pricey side but the quality of the food and waitstaff was excellent. Would definitely eat there again.
