While traveling we had the pleasure of having drinks and dinner at Jack Quinn's Irish Alehouse and Pub. The pub atmosphere is reminiscent of an European Irish Pub. The apps (wings, brat kabobs and onion rings were all very good. The fried cod for dinner was excellent. Good selection of beers and whiskers, too.

I love going to Jack Quinn's. This place has a great Irish feel, homey and warm. It just feels inviting. They have open tables, some booth and some private, walled-in booths as well. A small hearth is located half-way in and the bar is decent. Food is fantastic with some genuine English and Irish fares. And best of all, they... More

I went with friends who'd been there before. It was a very nice experience and we'll be sure to return. The food was VERY good. Our group had Guiness BBQ Wings which I think may have been the best wings I've ever had and the Spinach Artichoke Dip which was also very good. The Shepherds Pie bread bowl was excellent... More

A comfortable place to go for drinks and conversation as well as good food. They have several "booth type rooms" for small groups so that you can visit and carry on a conversation, but the open area is still a good option. Burgers are very good and lots of great beers on tap. They also have an upstairs dining room... More

Came during lunch on a bit of a schedule, and told the waitress that at the start. The place was almost empty so didn't think it would be a problem. Waitress almost completely ignored us! Was she new? I don't know, but getting water refills was a problem and I'd asked for additional Mary Rose sauce but never did get... More

Wow, I apologize for your experience. I will look in to this and discuss with your server. This is not what we have come to expect from our staff and I promise we will work hard to make sure it doesn't happen again. Lorian (I am guessing, given she was the only server yeaterday lunch) is young, but not new... More

We were staying at the mining exchange which is right around the corner. We stopped in 2 different times both being after 10pm. Good selection of beers and whisky. Typical Irish bar nothing fancy or special. Bartenders were both personable but a little on the slow side. As for food we had the pretzel which was pretty good but once... More

This is a very good Irish Pub if you are wanting traditional Irish food such as Shepard's Pie, Salad with Mary Rose Dressing, Fish and Chips but the Chicken Pot Pie, Boxty's and Guinness Cheese Soup are also delicious. We like the upper bar because it is a little more quiet when we want to visit. The traditional Cider is... More

We were in town for just a few days and since our hometown doesn't have a pub at all, we are always looking for a good one when we go on vacation. Rest assured that Jack Quinn Irish Alehouse and Pub did NOT disappoint. I had Shepherd's Pie and my husband had Fish and Chips, at the recommendation of the... More
