I would give a higher review if it had a more varied menu. When I go to Phantom Canyon, I often struggle to find something on the menu that wows me. What I do eat is delicious, and the service is always amazing, but there menu is limited enough that nothing ever sounds wonderful.

While the other members of my part were very happy with their meal, I decided personally to only give this place a three, as I found the food to only be average. I ordered the bison sandwich, medium and it came out well done to the point of being dry. The sauce bread etc was all lovely, but the overcooked... More

Before you go inside, check the faces in the facade of this historic building. Order any of the menu items- bow tie pasta is my favorite- the peek through the glass windows at the brewing tanks or wander upstairs to the pool room. High antique tin ceilings make this a noisy eatery but locals and visitors alike will come again... More

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat later in the evening. The food was worth the price, and it wasn't overly expensive either. The beers were also very good. In all, a great experience.

When here for dinner both the food and the service we're good. Also had one of their beers and it was excellent.

They have a decent selection of beers, Not a fan of the cocktails as the ones I ordered were a bit too sweet. Their Fish and Chips were on point, and the Fried chicken was great and it would be good to take down the lemony tinge a tad bit down. Pool tables can do with some maintebabce

Stopped by Phantom Canyon for a bite and a beer during the final four basketball tournament on a Sat night. It was very crowded so service was a bit slow. Eventually a server arrived and I ordered a Colorado Burger and craft beer. Al food and drink items were very good. Overall pleasant dining experience except my team lost )-:... More

Have gone here for family and work gathering and both times, they have been so accommodating with large groups. The food is really delicious too! One con, it is located downtown, so parking can sometimes be a hassle.
