Every thing was good. But the one in Round Rock ,Texas is the best yet. The beans needed to be cook longer.

Early dinner with friends. The food was as it should be , very tasty and the staff was very helpful as well.
There are some other great BBQ places in Colorado Springs, sure, but none as wonderful as Rudy's! The Brisket, the turkey, is unlike anything I have every had. There BBQ sauce is ALWAYS in our house and so is their rub.

The wait is long but it is so worth it. Ordering is a bit of a task as everything is ala carte but the portions are generous and everything is delicious.
