A quick lunch with my family on a holiday Monday. We all enjoyed our meal. They offer breakfast as well and lunch choices, at this time of day. We ordered a mix of sandwiches and the like. The portions were very generous and everything tasted fresh and hot. Our service was very good. Although they had several good looking pies... More

We ate here around breakfast time. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had the tri-tip sandwich (they offer the full menu all day). Both were good. The service was OK, but they were very busy the day we were there. We will definitely go back to try some other dishes. I recommend stopping in for a good meal.

We decided to check it out after reading lots of good reviews. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was cute and busy but the food was very mediocre. The breakfast looked better than the lunch, which seemed to be partially pre-made (think IHOP lunch and dinner food). The portions were HUGE, however, so if you're just looking for tons... More

The Portuguese sausage is outstanding. The pancakes are the best. All natural real ingredients (syrup, butter, etc) they make their own catsup and hot sauce both are really good. Can't beat it.

After being disappointed at the long wait in Colorado Springs Black Bear, this was great. Walked right in, and was seated straight away. Our family all ordered something different. They guys are big eaters, so this is the place to go! Huge servings, and wonderful friendly service. Chicken fried steak, and pancakes that covered the whole plate. No one left... More

We enjoyed a nice, big breakfast on a cold winter morning. On the weekend, we had to wait for a table, probably a typical occurrence. To save a little time we grabbed the first open seats at the counter. Service was friendly and efficient. The portions are big and the tastes good. It's all pretty basic so don't expect any... More

Early on New Year's Eve we walked into a nearly empty diner and encountered the worst hostess on earth. We were three adults with a one year old child - not the kind of group you place in the center of things. The hostess kept us waiting while she "checked" to see if they had a table available. Granted, it... More

Sounded really good. Tri tip was ok but a little fatty. Did not care for the ribs. Kids selections were good. Service was friendly but a little slow

I love this place. I had "The Grizz" breakfast and it was awesome. I love the atmosphere and the service. Marti did a great time keeping my drinks charged. Management is involved too. I've been looking for a diner like this for a very long time. I love the historical newspaper that includes local articles of the time in addition... More

Met some family here for a holiday weekend breakfast. They were open Thanksgiving day, which was appreciated. Decor is lodge-like and cute; everything was clean; service was efficient, attentive, and polite. Menu emphasized classic options--nothing much creative here--but appealed to a wide range of tastes. Breakfast options were what you'd expect: a bunch of egg combinations, French toast, pancakes, etc.... More
