This used to be the best place in town. Over the last 2 years they have gone downhill - and I mean over the cliff! We have been hopeful that they would improve, so we go in at least once a month. No luck. Food has become very bland to downright awful. Orders are almost always wrong. They have gotten... More

We stopped at Santiago's recently before shopping at the Outlets of Castle Rock. We were seeking a good nearby restaurant and Santiago's was recommended. The restaurant is a small hole in the wall type of Mexican restaurant behind a Burger King, but near the Outlets. Our server was jolly and very accommodating. As far as entrees go, I had the... I've eaten here many times (reviewed many times too) and this was the first time I left with a less than wonderful experience. I've sworn off of my favorite stuffed sopapilla because I can't handle the wheat, so I've been experimenting with other menu items. my husband ordered the enchiladas as always, and I considered them but chose the taco... When they say the sauce is hot, it really is. The food here is great no matter the meal. The only downside to this establishment would be the general unfriendliness of some of the waiters and waitresses. The restaurant is clean and service is quick. I love this place!

Very affordable, authentic, made-from-scratch Southwestern food that is NOT to be confused with Tex-Mex. This stuff is the real deal, all the way down to the chile. Fairly extensive menu, including breakfast items. It is a small place with indoor seating & a few outdoor tables too. Apparently VERY popular with locals, & for good reason. They do a booming takeout... More

This place is one of those hidden gems that you have to learn to appreciate. Has all the makings of a dive, but some of the best Mexican food around. Highly recommend all of their burritos. But I haven't had a bad meal there.

If you are looking to eat good Mexican food at an affordable price stop by but be sure to plan out your time when you do. If you want to eat during popular times of the day it may take a while to be served because this place is always busy. The wait staff is friendly and handles the flow... More

I used to live in Fort Morgan, CO (small town in NE CO with a small population) and the Santiago's there was better. I think part of the reason this one didn't seem as nice to me is the ambiance (there isn't any) and the food was just a bit "off". The ground beef in the tacos wasn't seasoned (or... More

A lot of people love this place. While I think the flavor can be decent, I don't like that they don't use all white meat chicken. It is always crowded and I know a lot of people enjoy it but it is not for me!
