After a long flight we were looking for a quick dinner and pooped into the Quandary as it was near our condo. Although it was early (5.00pm). The staff made us feel at home and the meals were served quickly and were fresh and tasty.

It is “fun” place – we recommend you take a stop, pull up a chair to the bar and order a drink and get something to eat. We visited in between the busy periods and the staff were very friendly, the food was great and we even chatted with some of the locals that make this place a local stop.... More

This place was recommended by our ski instructor as a cheaper alternative to the Maggie, which was closed that day anyway. It's a longer walk from the ski slopes esp. cumbersome with ski boots on. Nice waitress but the food took a long time to arrive. Restroom is a tiresome hike down a long corridor!

Not haute cuisine but then you're not going to find much of that in Breck. What they do have is a wide assortment of choices and if you've got kids with you they handle that really well. Our waitress was wonderful with the 3 & 5 yr olds and the food at our table ranged from Filet Mignon to Portabella... More

Beautiful interior and fine menu, this place did not disappoint. Big bar area with friendly staff. Suitable for lunch or dinner with enough diversity of the menu to keep the whole family happy.

Had lunch here a couple times this week, and came back for cocktails one night. Very good food, the Cheese Steak, while not exactly what you would get in Philly was AMAZING. Such a good hoagie roll... Great sweet potato fries and a terrific burger. People I were with raved about the chili. Nice relaxed scene for drinks at night... More

Had thanksgiving dinner at Quandary Grille and it was awesome! The menu was preset and my husband and I went with the Prime Rib. It was served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and creamy horseradish sauce. The meal was very very delicious. The meat was cook perfectly and the service was timely and friendly. Awesome views and reasonable priced wine.... More

We went on a Sunday night after conquering Quandary Peak during the day so we felt would be a good way to end the day by going to the namesake restaurant. The place was 60% empty so no problem seating our group of 9. Right from the start, the waiter could not answer a simple question on the menu, but... More

Congratulations on summiting Quandary! We love the mountains! It is our goal to emulate that passion into our dining experience. It saddens us to hear that yours was a bit rocky. When our servers have large group sizes, it can be hard to gauge the level of attention each member in the party desires. As for your concerns about menu... More

Food was pretty good, but nothing special. The restaurant has potential with the atmosphere and setting, but the service was horrible. I would not go back or recommend this place to others.

Hello, I'm sorry that you received less than ideal service, if the manager didn't stop by your table during your meal at the Quandary, please ask to see the manager and he or she will ensure that you're satisfied with your meal. More

Hi Jenny, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us, come back and try happy hour. We typically have a good local crowd and there's great food specials to try out a variety of dishes at a good value. More

Description
The Quandary Grille is a locals favorite on the south side of Breckenridge. We are located where Main Street meets the mountain. On the corner of South Park Ave. and Main Street, inside the Hyatt Main Steet Station plaza. Our contemporary American menu includes a wide variety of family friendly dishes. Traditional dishes like chicken wings and nachos blend with contemporary dishes like seared ahi tuna and our Flat Iron steak with a chimichurri sauce. Voted one of the best après ski bars with 12 beers on tap and happy hour specials from 2-5 pm daily. Our huge sunny deck overlooking Peak 9, Peak 10, and the Maggie pond makes a great place to warm up after a day on the slopes.
