Every single course floored me. The carpaccio, warmed with a wisp of wood smoke in the pizza oven next door, has invaded my dreams. The pork belly served with buckwheat purée beckons me to return to Frasca. The handmade chocolates served for desert, spiced with cumin and lavender have me lashing myself to a mast and screaming in madness. I... More

The wines sold by the glass are nothing special but cost more than $20 per glass. In Boulder, Colorado? Seriously? The lady at the bar pretended to know about wine but couldn't answer questions. She finally admitted that she had no background at all. One positive comment: the host personnel are nicely dressed.

Northern Italian cuisine with Sommelier Bobby Stuckey at your service, what's not to like? Cuisine, libations and service, these guys are still on their A game, a decade past the French Laundry. We are blessed to have them on Pearl in Boulder.

Extraordinary food, prepared and served by people who really care about great food and wine. Intellectually stimulating but has a warm, cozy lets-not-take-ourselves-too-seriously touch which is so Boulder. Have eaten at a hundred of the very best restaurants in NY and SF and Frasca keeps pace with them. Expensive by Colorado standards but worth it. A real treasure.

There are few restaurants in Colorado in Frasca's league. Phenomenal wine list, innovative food, well trained and helpful servers.

The good things: The restaurant is clean, the owner and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and well-intended, so the overall service is therefore good. Problem is, the overwhelming disconnect between the food/wine, its quantity and above all the disproportionate price. To offer context, we ordered the $78/person dinner menu for 4 people, and after 3 glasses of white wine ($20/glass!),... More

My wife and I have lived in Colorado almost 20 years now and enjoy the finer and finest restaurants along the Front Range and in the mountains. This was are most enjoyable dining experience we have had in Colorado. We arrived on a Saturday evening for our 5:15 reservation and were warmly greeted as we approached the front doors. 2... More

We really loved everything about this restaurant; food was outstanding, we did the Quattro Piatti menu, everything was perfectly plated and flavors were flawless. I would say if you love food & wine and your in Boulder, it's a must!! If your lucky enough to cross paths with Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, they will intrigue... Both... More

We come to Frasca every time we are in Boulder and it never disappoints, which means it never dips below excellent. The service is exquisite, from the greeting at the door, to being shown to the table, to the waiters and of course the sommelier. This is one of the few restaurants where I just ask the sommelier to pair... More
