Attending a family event in Lyons, CO and had a family brunch at Greenbriar Inn. The ambiance was relaxed, yet the staff very professional. The food was a combination of hot buffet and cold fruits and cheeses. Everything was fresh, crisp and delicious. We travel...More

Went for a birthday dinner and had exceptional cocktails, appetizers, dinners and desserts all around. They got all the dishes spot-on and served at the same time, with attentive -- yet non-intrusive -- service. The grounds are lush with gardens and outdoor as well as...More

I hosted my mother's surprise birthday brunch here and was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the brunch spread provided plenty of choices for our group with varied tastes and dietary needs. A gorgeous setting for moments to be cherished!

The Greenbriar is one of my favorite places to dine for special occasions, although the patio is also great for Happy Hour drinks and eats. The ambiance is like dining at an upscale roadhouse with plenty of Western charm. Although not deadly quiet, diners actually...More

I ate here with a group of friends on a Friday night. The restaurant is in the foothills outside of Boulder, and the feel is like a formal French countryside inn. The service was outstanding, including table side food preparations, and the overall ambiance is...More

It’s worth the quick drive from Boulder (and Denver) to dine at the Greenbriar. Staff is welcoming and personable. Dinner was very delicious and presentation a work of art. Bar or formal dining—same friendliness and high quality food. It’s a habit to go every time...More

They clearly want to make this a high-end restaurant experience but they missed. The helpings were tiny, the food itself was OK. The service was missing in details (how many times should we have to say "no glutten" or "no ice in the water please"?)...More
