I am not sure how long the Boulder Chophouse has been around, but the ambience, service, and food are classic and consistent. There are a LOT of choices of places to go within walking distance of the ChopHouse, but if you have never been, it...More

The food was decent but that's what you expect from a $40 steak. My wife had the crab cakes which were a little dry. Charcuterie board was excellent. Onion rings were complete insanity - portion was huge and bland. Our son had the French onion...More

My husband and I stopped for dinner on our way back to Denver. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. We both ordered steak and enjoyed our meals!

Decided to come here one night to try something new with my boyfriend. It's right near the bus station downtown. The food was pretty good, and the service was great! The waitress ran outside to catch us so that I wouldn't forget my leftovers!

We had a very nice dinner here celebrating a birthday. The cocktail selection was very good as were the entree choices. The food was very good (priced appropriately for the quality and location) as was the service. An excellent restaurant for a nice night out.

Amazing! Several of us had the 6oz Filet Oscar style w white cheddar mashed potatoes & it was perfectly cooked. The pancetta wrapped shrimp were good but the New Orleans BBQ shrimp I wouldn't get again. Being more of a NW IPA fan, most places...More

The restaurant is elegant in an understated way. Everything from beginning to end was fabulous. Our waiter was top notch and friendly, he knew all about the menu. We had a steak dinner that was absolutely delicious and fork tender. This restaurant should be a...More
