This restaurant seems to be trapped in the 1970s.The decor, ambiance, and cuisine are very dated. The food is prepared well but is simply boring. The wine list is extensive...but very expensive, with few moderate priced choices. The chef has just opened a new restaurant...More

We've been here on multiple occasions both for dinner and lunch and never dissapointed. Always high quality french influenced food. This would always be a good place to visit in Boulder

L'Atelier is the restaurant of a talented chef who is now planning to have a restaurant in Denver and Boulder, I believe. My last dinner at the restaurant in Boulder suggests that his attention is on the one in Denver only. I had the lobster...More

The owner was hot briefly in Denver twenty years ago. At one time he may have had Denver's best food. Now, he is just kind of a joke. The service is friendly at L'Atelier. Everything else is pretty much a disaster. The wine list is...More

Interesting menu, delicious food and wine, very nice ambience, consistently excellent. Service can be a bit spotty. In my three trips to this restaurant that I find serves the best food in Boulder, my waiters have ranged from superb to verging on haughty.

I was in this restaurant several times and tried many different menu items. I liked everything that I tried very much. Their deserts are to die for!

In the ever-changing Pearl St eatery landscape, L'Atelier has been a standout for over a decade. Hadn't been here in a few years (limited opportunities for eating out) and decided to enjoy it again this month. We had an attentive server, who upon noticing that...More

This is always one of our go to restaurants if we want to impress someone. It is an intimate quieter restaurant. The owners have an incredible wine selection. The food is always outstanding.

It's better that the children stay home with a sitter. This is an adult restaurant.
