Wonderful service is virtually guaranteed at this genteel restaurant with reliably good food. It's the perfect place to watch the fireworks when they light the Christmas trees in Beaver Creek. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the ski hills.

Great place, loved the wine pairings, very generous pours. Food was artistic, and tasted great but they could not accommodate the dietary restrictions.... that was the only bummer. Place was pricy but great experience.

If you want to experience fine dining Grouse Mountain is a must. From the moment you arrive until the valley returns your car you will experience superior service, outstanding food and a fabulous wine list. A must while in the Vail Valley

Highly recommended restaurant in Beaver Creek by locals, hotels and friends. The restaurant is in a small hotel called the Pines. It can be difficult to find, but a shuttle from the Hyatt took us right to the front door. From the get go it...More

Not sure if you mean nightly off-menu specials or if you mean a Prix Fixe Chef's menu. If it is one of those, yes on nightly specials (sometimes only appetizer, desserts- not always an entree) and we do not do a Prix Fixe... More
