Everything that we ordered was very good and will definitely be returning. The staff here is friendly and seem to be happy with their jobs.

Ordered some wine and a meat/cheese plate. Our waitress treated us like children. However she was nice. The plate was delicious.

BUT the service was less than stellar right from the get go. Ordered drinks, had to remind the waiter to serve them, the appetizers came out 1 at a time, many many many minutes apart, & of course my dish had to go back because...More

Service was efficient and very friendly, the staff was very pleasant. We had the carpaccio which was expertly prepared and served. 2 of us had the Tagliatele Bolognese which didn't disappoint. Sitting outside watching people skate made the ambiance even more pleasant.

WOW! Best gnocchi we've ever had and it came with a delicious strip steak! Also loved the bolognese! The service and wine recommendation was also great.

Toscanini's standards have definitely diminished. We waited for an eternity. I ordered a cheese pizza. The ratio of cheese to marinara sauce was far too small. My sister ordered some pasta dish that only had two clams in it. It should have had more, but,...More

We went yesterday for après ski. It is a very lovely setting. The server was very pleasant and efficient and the $5 après ski drinks are an excellent value! That said the food was meh at best. The ceasear salad was good but verrrrrry small...More

We stopped here on a whim and were not disappointed. Delicious red on happy hour menu, nice service and a great kids menu. The adult meals were nice as well, pizza was flavorful and the chicken was really yummy. Would definitely come back.

Toscanini is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, next to the skating rink in the heart of the village. The alpine backdrop lends itself to la dolce vita, and the atmosphere is lively and informal. The cuisine is stylish and contemporary, the flavor authentically Italian. Watch our chefs prepare individual pizzas, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood in the open kitchen. Enjoy a selection from our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Italian wine list. Our newly expanded bar and lounge is the perfect stop for cocktails, small dishes or dinner before heading down the escalators to the Vilar Center for the Arts. Toscanini is open daily at 3pm for apres and 5pm for dinner.
