Best poke in the valley! Super yummy! Sit at the Sushi bar, fun to watch them create all of the yummy magic.

Of course they're known for their awesome fish and sushi but they do have a lot of options. We enjoyed Colorado trout tacos which were very well flavored, California roll, rainbow roll, edamame and the club roll. All flavors great. Expect to pay $20 per person for lunch almost minimum. Good service. With the fish, you pick your favorite and... More

Crimpster Po' Boy was delicious. I cannot recommend the Bowl of Clam Chowder:: I think they make it 1 serving @ a time because:: It took 15 minutes / watery consistency / potatoes were too hot to eat for 15 minutes / I think they were just boiled since it was Lunchtime on a slow day / tasted like a... We were strongly encouraged to dine at Hooked by concierge at Hyatt Res. It was not as fab as he made it out to be. Tuna and salmon were fine, not great. Fish and Chips were good.

Don't review many restaurants and I know this is in the mountains but sushi, rice everything was fair at best and probably the lowest rated I have ever had. Disappointing as it is pretty pricey. Hopefully the restaurant can get some expert advice to help. Matsuhisa in Vail is 10 times the quality for similar prices.

This restaurant came very highly recommended by some locals. While the fish was nicely presented and was very fresh it was offset by the conditions in which it was served. Loud, noisy and cramped spacing does not make and enjoyable experience. Our wine took a good 20 minutes to find. (Plus the 15 min just to place the order) They... More

My wife and I split a whole fresh fish for dinner. After picking the fish you can either pick the preparation or leave it to the chef. We requested some of it be made into ceviche, but left the rest up to the kitchen. Including the ceviche, they created 7 raw dishes with half of the fish and 3 cooked... More

Half-way up a mountain is the last place I'd expect to find the amazing fresh fish, ceviche, sushi, and more. The Cribster (lobster tail, stuffed with crab stuffed with shrimp and wrapped in bacon) is a signature dish. The Cioppino is one of the best I've ever had. Can't recommend this enough.

A bit pricey, but well worth it. Great sushi and fish. Cocktails are great. Overall, a very good experience with very good service.
