El Korita stays pretty busy at dinner. I've tried to go several times but the bar was full and the wait for a table was too long. However, I've eaten there twice recently and recommend sticking with Mexican dishes. A colleague told me that they were known for their seafood so I tried the grilled seafood. It was disappointing. The... More

Was staying close by so we walked over having a couple choices and decided we wanted a margarita, and I'm so glad we did, they hit the spot, coupled with an order chips, guacamole, which were plentiful. Should have known the plates would be as well, we all ordered different combos, which again was a big plate. Loved my tamale... More

I used to love the carnitas here - a generous portion of moist and tender pork. I ordered it last week and was served a sad portion of hard dried strips of mystery meat. It was like old hard dried pieces of jerky. This is a fairly expensive item on their menu and it looked like it had been sitting... More

Chips and Salsa super, I had the combo platter w/enchilada, chili rellano, and tacos. Refried beans were great (No bacon added) Very busy so be prepared to wait but it's so worth it!! There is... The bartender forgot to ring in our order so we were sitting there for 40 min. After she apologized and rang it in, the manager even came to the table to try to offer a good service or to show that they cared that we were just sitting waiting for our order that wasnt put it in the computer. The... More

Prices not bad for a ski town, Our food was OK but not amazing, but honestly I think we ordered wrong. They had a big Seafood menu, and we didn't order fish, also I saw a lot of tables ordering Mocajete, which looked good but we did not try that either. It is a lot of food, and we weren't... More

Came in with a few friends on a Monday night and our server, Ramon, could not have been ruder. Ask for anything..."Sure." Ask for our check to be split..."can you just write down what you want to pay for." Saw him maybe 3 times through our hour and a half long meal. I'm a server myself and can forgive a... More

This place is POPULAR! The staff does a good job of keeping things moving but don't come during peak times if you are in a hurry. The food was excellent and menu extensive. The variety of seafood offered is not typical of many Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa are house made and quite tasty. I had the seafood Molcajete... More

We stopped here on the way back from a day trip to Aspen/Snowmass area. It was a Monday night and there was still a wait - first sign (to me) that a place is good. Only waited for about 5min to get a table. Servers were sociable and friendly and the chips and salsa were fresh and had just the... More

Good Mexican food. Gets quite busy especially at weekends. Good cold beer and Margaritas. Friendly staff and customers.
