This place is amazing... if you are a foodie you will LOVE it.. Prices are high but worth it. Service is perfect, food the very best ever and wines are great. If you can afford to go, you must!!!!! Thomas Keller is amazing and even if he is there or not, you will really have a great experience.

We were there in August celebrating our anniversary as well as the anniversary of the other couple we were with. An incredible experience from start to finish. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. You were allowed to switch from the vegetarian menu to the regular menu for each course if so desired. There were a couple... More

I am nothing more than a collection of experiences and memories of those experiences, and The French Laundry will be one of my most prized. It seems to me that some of my other high end meals left me feeling like a witness to the expectations of royalty, not a bad feeling. The French Laundry was different. The meal was... More

We were disappointed. Party of six in November. It was nice but not exceptional. In my opinion it is the fable of the Emperor with wearing nothing. Overpriced for what you get. Mediocre service ( we did not feel welcomed) and food that is not memorable. Sorry, I will not recommend. It should not have been in my bucket list.... More

After our visit in 2014, I was so excited to go back and bring 2 friends who had never been. This visit could not have been more different than the first. Amex secured us a 9pm reservation (a good way to get a reservation). We arrived and the small reception area was packed. I was barely acknowledged. Several people had... More

There is no need to tell you that the food is good because it is outstanding, so is the service, the decor and the prices, Reserve weeks ahead, its worth to dine here. One of the best restaurants I ever ate. Full of surprises . This is a gourmet temple, foodies only please.

Thomas Kellers special gem in Napa is easily a favorite with creative preparation of virtually every dish, side dish & desert. The savory Wagyu beef; Peking duck; Foie Gras; to the simple pleasure of lightly salted butter on your warm freshly baked rolls & the tongue-tantalizing deserts will leave you breathless..... Portion size? Very French-Ma petit chou😄

My wife and I had lunch here over the Thanksgiving weekend, and it was easily one of our greatest feed sessions of ALL TIME! The setting, atmosphere, people, drink, and food are all special and transporting. . .if you ever get the chance to eat here, then you should do it no matter what it takes. The only problem we... This is not a 3 Star Michelin restaurant! It was multiple courses but lacking finesse, flavor, and originality. It had the feeling of a mass produced meal for people unaccustomed to true fine dining. Oysters and Pearls with soggy tapioca and a long dead oyster on top. The Hearts of Palm, was a tasteless array on a plate with even... More

Was able to get a lunch table without a reservation, using the standby wait listing on a Sunday. Pure luck and timing. The stars aligned perfectly. It's a once in a lifetime bucket list restaurant. I always get lucky with Anthony Bourdains, "No Reservations" ideology. The food, service and atmosphere are worthy of it's 3 Michelin star award. I travel... More
