Food was good and portions were big. They have a nice patio when the weather is good. Small dining area but seemed right for the crowd that came in.

We eat here now about once a month for the prime rib dinner. We love the appetizers and the special. It is tender and cooked medium well, as requested. The vegetables are fresh and cooked al dente. I also have lunch here about once a week. You have to try the salmon sandwich cooked perfectly and combined with spinach and... More
Popular among the local tourists who visit this mountain ski resort, the place offers some comfort food after engaging in several activities in the snow covered surroundings. This wood cottage offers a place to relax with good food and hot drinks. Located just at the roadside in Wrightwood.
Dinner at Grizzly Cafe was cozy and affordable. Tip sandwich is a yummy warm chicken breast, melted mortzerella cheese, and avocado on toasted sour dough bread. Bread pudding with bourbon sauce for dessert. Friends ordered pasta dishes which lacked seasoning. We ate lunch here in October and the food was delicious. We ate in the sunny patio surrounded by pines... More
We were glad to find a good hearty place to stop for lunch after a morning of skiing at Mountain High, and we ordered the Zuber sandwich (grilled cheese with avocado and tomato--it said it came with American cheese, but they didn't object to a substitution)--melty/crispy and delicious as you'd expect. Also ordered the Vegetarian burger, which came with a... More
We have eaten there several times. Great menu and specials. Home town atmosphere and consistently great service. It does get busy and requires wait time if you are there during prime time lunch or dinner time. Highly recommended!!

Truth be told NEITHER IS ACCURATE!! They NEVER wrote our name on the list, but rather than apologize & fix the situation, they lied & treated my... More

In WW, as we call is, this is the place for a grand breakfast. Don't be surprised if you go late, you will have to wait. On Sundays by 10 there are many motorcycle clubs that drive up Highway 2 from Los Angeles who stop at the Grizzly. Note: while you wait the gift store is amazing. Decorated for the... More
